Masjid Suleiman, Ondo was incorporated in year 2022 as a Non Governmental Organization devoted to the propagation of Islam as laid down in the Holy Quran and the authentic Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w)

Masjid Suleiman Ondo operates  from Masjid Suleiman, a building complex (including Masjid Suleiman Jummah and Ratibi buildings, Eid praying ground, Library, Cinema, Lecture venue, Events venue, Residence and Burial plots) built solely by the Alimi family in Ondo at, Chief Yele Oyeneyin Estate, Road 13 Extension, Fumbi Fagun Layout, Ondo Town.

The organization has existed in Ondo since 1885 operating informally under various appelations since the settling of Alhaj Muhammad Alimi in Ondo Town
